Privacy policy

We collect identity and account details, organization names, API usage metadata, settlement addresses, and invoice payment evidence required to operate the API. Payment detection comes from our indexer and settlement rail, not from customer wallet custody. We do not sell personal data.

Support and optional analytics

PostHog provides support conversations and optional analytics on public developer pages. Analytics is disabled until you consent; session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. We exclude account and payment routes, query strings, form input and search text from analytics. Your preference applies to this developer portal separately from the company website.

Support works without analytics consent. Information you choose to submit in a support conversation is processed to resolve your request. Do not send credentials or private keys. PostHog support may retain conversation identifiers in your browser; declining analytics does not disable support storage.
