Terms of use

BOSPay is a cryptocurrency invoice API operated by BOS Technology Pty Ltd. By creating an account or using an API key you agree that invoices are paid on-chain, the factory deducts a 0.99% protocol fee, and settled funds are sent to the merchant settlement address you configure. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address and for tax, AML, and consumer obligations in your jurisdiction.

Sandbox keys may only be used on Sepolia. Live keys are for mainnet traffic. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid risk, or legal requests. These terms are a product summary, not a substitute for a signed merchant agreement.
