Who holds what
BOSPay is not a custodial merchant balance. Customers pay an invoice address. You receive settlement at a wallet you control.

Out of scope
There is no BOSPay wallet to top up, no withdrawal queue, and no user-custody recovery. If you need a non-custodial end-user wallet, that is a different product. This API accepts payments and settles to your destination.
